st round, the veteran southpaw was simply masterful.  After his Game 3 performance against the Bronx Bombers, Lee improved to 7-0 with an absurd 1.26 ERA in eight career postseason starts.  Lee’s 34 strikeouts during this year’s playoffs are more than twice as many as Yankee ace CC Sabathia’s 15.  As happy as I was to see the Rangers wrap up the ALCS tonight, it would have been tremendously satisfying to see Cliff Lee dominate the Yanks again in Game 7.
